Shoot Journey.
This is the basic 411 on how the process goes for all bespoke photoshoots. Let's break down the logistics so you can focus on getting excited about the
magic we're about to create together.
Pre-Shoot
1. Let's Connect!
We’ll start with a call to get to know each other and chat about how I can help you stand out and create imagery that tells your story in a way that feels good, builds trust and connection, and highlights your passions.
2. Let's get Visioning!
Your post-booking process & forms will lead you through the planning questionnaire and help us uncover most creative ways to tell your story - from where in the world you want to shoot and whether a location rental is recommended, to what props and outfits feel good and help guide your imagery while connecting you with your audience.
3. Let's Map it!
Our planning call will dive into your questionnaire (full & half-day shoots only) and vision so I can map out a custom plan and shot list that aligns with your brand and showcases the heart and soul of your business, your values, and your stories. It will serve as our outline and prop checklist on shoot day as we capture the mind-blowing imagery you're after.
Shoot Day
4. Come Hyped Up!
In the lead-up to our shoot day I’ll share tricks to help you get in the zone mentally and physically so you arrive with good energy and focused intention for a day full of creativity and fun. We'll make our way through the shoot plan, capturing your stories, and embracing spontaneous ideas as they come.
5. Have some Fun!
During our time together we'll be chatting, listening to music, and I'll also offer posing guidance, and cracking jokes to encourage real smiles. You may feel a bit stiff at first (it’s completely normal) but if you allow yourself to surrender to the process, we’re going to have an incredible day and your gallery will be filled with authentic, artistic images.
Post-Shoot
6. Treat Yoself!
Shoot days are INTENSE! So make sure you've got a plan for that evening or the following day - order your favorite pizza, take a nice bath, and make sure you plan for a little extra downtime the following day. Creating magic takes energy.
7. Pick the Winners!
Within 2 weeks, you'll receive a gallery of your edited images that you can choose your favorites from! Your package will lay out how many you receive and you'll get step by step instructions on how to get those at the time of delivery. If you want more digitals or even physicals, this is the time to choose.
8. Share the Magic!
Your final images will be delivered in high res sizes so you can share them soon as you’ve downloaded them! With your commercial user license, you have the freedom use them as you see fit to best benefit your marketing needs.

When you're ready, you'll sign that contract & pay your retainer to get your date locked in. Then we dive head first into the fun part - planning & creating!
